RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY:

Please be aware of the fact that certain items are non-returnable, and every return is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions about returning an item, please feel free to email touristcustomercare@gmail.com and your request will be evaluated.

If you are eligible for a return after speaking with us, please email touristcustomercare@gmail.com with "Return - your order number" in the subject line and the reason for return. Then, we will inform you of the following steps.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

The refund will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the item. Please keep in mind that shipping costs can not be refunded, and you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
